Do you know about John Dillinger? He was a bank robber in the 1920s a style man with the way
and a gang that could even break out of Prisons. But why am I telling you about this man?
it's all related to the Buddhist idea of right livelihood, and John dillinger most certainly didn't have
a right livelihood.
He even broke the basic rule of not stealing. And in the modern times many people have that
thought that you shouldn't take without giving something back even if what you give back is worse
than money. And this is what contributes to the idea of honesty in the modern times.
But the fact is that even though John Dillinger even murdered some police officers he might still
have caused Less trouble than some “honest” modern-day business entrepreneurs & companies.
I have a vision for a fictional character that is a bank robber. The motives of this bank robber are
very different from John Dillinger though. This bank robber character that lives in the online world
not in the real world doesn't have as his motive for the crime: greed, excitement, monetary gain or
even belongingness to a gang of robbers, but a deep set need for a revenge against the system that
ruined his life.
The story starts with this sickly character that wants to hide from sight and who wants to break
into those infinite sources of wealth that the types of not his kind have at their disposal.
This character likes to spend his time mostly in front of the computer devising ways to take revenge
on people who he deems responsible for his situation. And lately he's credit card fraud and
internet banking operation has been very successful and his Bitcoin accounts are filling with money.
There's also another character in this story called Truth Detective.
Truth Detective is an honest man, at least somewhat honest and True Detective has been
for the longest time having problems with making his private investigation agency profitable.
So you can probably guess that when Truth Detective finds out about this “black hat”
he won't certainly try get this guy caught by the Police but to actually help this guy and maybe
get some illegal cryptocurrency for himself in the process.
And how does the Truth Detective find out about this man that has made a killing on the illegal
side of the internet. He does this using a thing a long forgotten thing called the real world.
It's not so hard to find this if you can ask the right questions.
This is the discussion that ensues when they meet the second time.
“You look like s***”, Truth Detective says to the Black Hat.
“I haven't had the time to take too much care of myself”, The black hat says
“You seem to have more money than the whole of the Town combined though”,
The Detective says.
“It's very hard to use this kind of money without getting caught”, The black hat says.
“I could help you with that”, True Detective answers.
“What do you mean?” The black hat asks.
“I mean laundering of course” Truth Detective answers. “You send the Bitcoin to
this address bc1qm47vdfvt3lch8few4ku2559t6f039avtzxsqgs and I'll promise you
untraceable cash in return you just have to give me a cut”, Truth Detective says.
“A cut? How much do you want?”, The black hat asks.
“Something like 35%” Truth Detective answers.
“Sounds reasonable”, Black hat says “Let's do it”They promise that they will meet in couple of days time and do the exchange
without any technology being used to arrange that.
