You would never believe that it's possible to give loans to drug addicts and get that loan money back. You would never believe that it's possible but Truth Detective and his Black Hat friend devised a way to do this on the Deep Web.
They did this by giving cryptocurrency loans against the private information of the drug addict on Deep Web Service that they built. And if that addict didn't pay the loan with the interest, Truth Detective and the Black Hat would take the private information of the drug addict to the Police and the addict would get caught.
The funny thing is that most of those drug addicts paid their loans and the interest and those who didn't got caught and the police paid little sums of “Goodwill money”, for this Innovative genius duo of Truth Detective and the Black Hat for helping the cops the catch those criminals.
When you got on the loan website on your deep web browser you would be asked to make an account, and you would give your private information in those boxes. Then the website would ask what amount of a loan would you want and you had to input in the Box a Bitcoin address or other cryptocurrency address where that loan would be sent to and you could specify the amount of time you would have to pay off that loan and if you didn't pay the private information would be in the hands of the cops.
The longer loan time , the higher the interest. It was simple and effective
Truth Detective and Black Hat made thousands of new users in couple of weeks and collected huge amounts of private information in that process of those drug addicts and the drug addicts got their drug monies and could continue on using but if they didn't pay the cops would surely be knocking on their doors.
One of the drug addicts was named Tommy. He had applied for a loan of about 1000$ from the drug loaning website of Truth Detective and Black Hat and he was looking at the cryptocurrency address that he would have to pay the loan back to Truth Detective and Black Hat and also the interest on top of that.

This was a Litecoin address and the service gave you the same type of cryptocurrency address as you had loaned the money with and he had loaned thousand dollars worth of Litecoin from the drug loan service. And now the service had started to blare a notification that if he didn't pay in 2 days his private information would be given to the Police and he would surely go to court for his lawbreaking.
The problem of course was that Tommy didn't have the thousand dollars worth of litecoin to pay with the interest to this ingenious loansharking operation of Truth Detective and the Black Hat.
So when he couldn't pay and the drugs that he had bought with the loaned crypto were already used by him his private information was briefly and swiftly send to the law enforcement agency of his town and the cops were now on to this guy and they would surely tough handle this druggie to the prison where he belonged at least according to the law system.
When the cops showed up on Tommy's door though the man was nowhere to be seen. And do you know what actually happened to Tommy? Because of that small $1,000 loan? He was found dead, drowned and overdosed near a river bank where a really high bridge crossed. The police concluded that it was a suicide but who knows at least that's one less drug addict in the world. Don't be like Tommy, that's the moral of the story.
